According to Law 23/2,003, July 10th, on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Products, selection of natural park products, S.I., with address c/Pista de la Iglesia nº 8 and with C.I.F.B-18934752, has complaint forms at the customer service at the registered office.
Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or any other form of payment that the museum accepts.
The refund of the amount will only be possible if requested before the date of the visit. If the return request is made within 7 business days after the purchase, the amount will be refunded through the same payment method that was used. If a refund is requested after the date of the visit or once the ticket has been used, the amount will not be refunded.
To request a return, the customer must contact the museum through the channels enabled for this purpose, providing the details of the purchase. Once the validity of the request has been verified, the amount will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 business days.
